Position: Junior Elixir Developer
Stack: Mainly Elixir, Phoenix Framework, React and Vue on the frontend side, Docker, AWS, Linux, and other popular infrastructure & deployment solutions,
Salary: 5000 - 7000 PLN net - B2B or equivalent on Mandate contract - your choice
Location: Office in Poznań (hybrid or fully remote from anywhere 100% possibility - it's up to you)

Technical requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Elixir programming language / Phoenix Framework (or working experience in another language & framework and willingness to learn Elixir fast)
- Some knowledge and interest in any other functional programming language & interest in building a web application
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code (we have a lot of skilful developers who will gladly help you)
Other skills :
- Analyzing and solving tasks on your own (or with a little bit of help from us )
- Fluent communication in English - at least a solid B2 or C1, to communicate efficiently with our clients in both written and spoken form
Nice to have:
- Experience in using any other web application programming framework (Rails, Laravel, Django, etc.)
- A decent portfolio of coding works on GitHub as a showcase of how you learn & what you've recently been up to - we are really interested in your process of learning and not only the result
Recruitment process:
We don't like to complicate things, so the recruitment process is pretty straightforward:
If possible, we are trying to combine initial and technical interviews into one (nobody likes long processes ), but the process is going to consist of:
- Initial interview - we'll get to know each other, describe in more detail what we do at Curiosum, and answer all your questions about the company and project (30 min)
- Technical interview - it's kind of a small task we ask you to fulfil - you will have a lot of time because we are sending you all of the details and then asking you to use your skills and create a small app. Thanks to this you can check for yourself how this kind of language suits you and we can assess your skills
